Established in 2004 Collet Communications has served a wide variety of organizations, events and clients:
• Sun Life Financial - Development of a competitive marketing analysis and coordination and management of a redesign of the Sun Life US retail marketing collateral materials (2008-2009). Developed a process to reduce costs and ensure consistent branding, messaging and design.
• Boston University–- Development of a marketing communication plan in conjunction with the Dean of Students office to create community events held in conjunction with varsity athletic contests. Created first ever annual report and strategic vision for the DOS, utilizing new and social media to engage students and enhance their BU experience. Becky Collet also served as Boston University's Associate Director of Athletics from 2005-2007 and created and implemented the first Podcast for this Division 1 - 24 team athletic department.
• Red Hot Hockey - Created, designed, managed staff, logistics, marketing, TV contracts, marketing and distribution for (soon to be) four sold out BU vs. Cornell Men's Ice Hockey games (‘07,’09,’11,’13, '15) at Madison Square Garden the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Successful alumni relations and student engagement events surround this unique college hockey experience.
• David D’Alessandro - Developed and managed proactive public relations efforts and overall corporate communications strategies for the national best sellers Brand Warfare, Career Warfare and Executive Warfare, Olympic sponsorship commentary, Boston Marathon and sports marketing research and industry ranking lists in support of national advertising campaigns and corporate speaking engagements.
• Toscano Restaurant, Beacon Hill - Strategic public relations outreach, media relations requests, press releases and reviewer inquiries.
• John Hancock Funds - Created and implemented messaging for investor, client and internal communications. Designed strategic public relations practices and tactics and executive speech writing in addition to the development of PowerPoint presentations.
• Major League Baseball- Created and wrote positioning presentations for MLB’s accomplishments in the business of baseball resulting in the successful placement of Major League Baseball executives with industry awards and ranking lists.
• Community Relations – Created community events garnering media exposure for sponsorships such as Banner Day for the Boston Marathon, the Roberto Clemente Award, MLB All-Star Fan Fest presented by John Hancock. Served as a strategic adviser to many for profit and non-profit organizations creating analyses and plans to build and increase awareness.
• Comcast - Created and coordinated credentialing and public relations outreach for Comcast’s Power of One a grass roots event to teach the democratic process to Boston’s youth in conjunction with the 2004 Democratic National Convention.
• Jack Morton Worldwide - Served as a strategic adviser on messaging via communications for communications initiatives and several new business pitches.
